LANCASTER COUNTY TALL CLOCK
Our tall clock is a modern adaptation that features the most interesting characteristics of clocks made in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania during the last decades of the 18th century. The case stands on arched feet. The base, or lower section, features a rectangular raised panel. The waist, or mid-section, is long and thin, with a fixed raised panel door. The bonnet features fully turned columns and a swan-neck pediment. The face and moon dial are artful imitations of the originals. Black painted finish has a gently worn appearance. A reliable quartz movement strikes on the quarter hour. Clock measures 15 1/2" wide x 10 1/2" deep x 86" overall height. Made in USA.
