WOODEN SHELF CLOCK
This wooden shelf clock is adapted from the wooden case clocks made in small shops in Connecticut in the early 19th century. Note the beautifully made ogee bracket feet, seen in better quality clocks of the period. Entirely of Eastern white pine, with a glass fronted hinged door. Painted black of a base of red; lightly distressed. Reliable quartz movement. Shelf clock measures 12 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" deep x 17" high. Made in USA.
