WALL LIGHTHOUSE LANTERN
A reproduction of a hand-held lantern from the 19th century, this lantern features a hand-blown "onion globe" in what is called the "optic" style. The thick wavy glass magnifies light in the same way a lighthouse does. The globe is easily removable for glass cleaning and for quick replacement of burned-out bulbs. Uses one standard light bulb; 75 watt maximum. Wall mounted. Entirely made of solid brass. Available in two finishes - antique brass and dark brass (shown). 5 1/2" x 9" x 11" high. UL listed. Hand-crafted in a small metalworking shop here in New England.
Because this is not an imported lighting fixture, replacement glass and spare parts are always available.
