The strong simplified design on this utilitarian stoneware crock in free-hand painted by New England potter Todd Piker. The warm red brown color comes from the iron oxide in the clay. Hand thrown and wood fired. Three-way switch. White shirred shade with brass ball finial. UL listed. Lamp and shade are both made in USA.
