The text of this sampler is what is widely known as "The Doxology", said to be the most famous of all Christian hymn tunes. The sampler is embroidered entirely by hand on tea-stained cotton muslin; it is not a print. Displayed under glass in a black painted wooden frame with a lightly distressed finish. Framed size is 13" wide x 12" high. Imported.
