NEW ENGLAND FIREBOARD

Fireboards were used in Colonial times to cover the front of the fireplace when not in use. They were often decorated with rural landscape scenes. Ours in made from a solid panel with a print applied to the front. Removable wooden trestle-style feet are included. Fireboard measures 34 1/2" wide x 25 1/2" high. Made in USA.
