Our normal delivery time for Assembled and Finished Furniture is 3-4 weeks because it is made to order, in the customer's choice of stain or paint colors. However, we do make up selected pieces in advance, ready for immediate shipment. These pieces are first quality and are unconditionally guaranteed.

Windsor chairmaking in America began in Philadelphia. Indeed, by the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the term "Philadelphia chair" was a synonym for "Windsor chair". The originals of our "bowback" Windsor chairs are typical of the work of Joseph Henzey of Philadelphia, circa 1765-1780. The seat is Eastern white pine. Turnings are clear maple. Bows and arms are ash. The quality is superior. Height of back 36". Height to top of arms 26". Height of seat 17 1/2". Seat is 20 3/4" wide x 16 1/4" deep.
