QUEEN ANNE SIDE TABLE
Strong, simple, and handsome, Queen Anne style furniture became extremely popular in the Colonies from about 1720 to 1750. Characterized by flowing gentle curves and lustrous warm finishes. This side table, with "cookie cutter corners" in the top, is made of solid tiger maple in the hard-to-find variant known as "figured" or "tiger" maple, with a hand-rubbed low-luster lacquer finish. Height is 25 1/2". Top measures 19" x 14 1/2". Minor assembly required. Made in USA.
