Our Guarantee

Cohasset Colonials furniture, kits, and accessories are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return anything you have ordered from us within 30 days, in its original condition, for exchange or a prompt refund of the full price of the merchandise.

Missing Parts or Wrong Items

Damaged Shipments

Telephone us immediately at (800) 288-2389. We will promptly ship a replacement and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item(s).

We are an old-fashioned New England mail order company and we stand behind everything we sell. Returns sent through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground should be sent to:

Please enclose the yellow packing slip, or a photocopy of it, with a note advising us why you are making the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. We process returns promptly. During the very busiest weeks of the year, please allow up to five business days. We value your business and we want you to be satisfied..

We recommend that returns be insured. When you ship by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, the shipping charge includes the first $100.00 of insurance. Shipping charges are not refundable.
